Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy is an integral part of the Sales Terms and Conditions of Plastmach Machine SRL and applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) customers.
The products sold are large industrial machines, customized or configured according to the customer’s specifications, and the possibility of return is strictly limited.

2. General principles

All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage confirmed during transport.

Returns of fully functional products without defects are not accepted due to change of mind, project cancellation, or other similar reasons.

Products manufactured or configured to order may be absolutely non-returnable.

3. Conditions for return acceptance

A return can be accepted only if:

The product has a manufacturing defect confirmed by the Plastmach Machine SRL technical team.

The return is authorized in advance, in writing, by Plastmach Machine SRL.

4. Return procedure

The customer must notify Plastmach Machine SRL in writing, by e-mail, with details regarding the defect or issue found.

Photographs, videos, and, if applicable, transport documents must be provided for evaluation.

In case of return approval, Plastmach Machine SRL will provide instructions regarding handling and shipping.

Transport costs for the return will be borne by the responsible party, as determined after case analysis (customer or Plastmach Machine SRL).

5. Non-eligible products for return

The following cannot be returned:

Machines or components used outside technical specifications or in improper conditions.

Products showing signs of modification, unauthorized interventions, or use of unapproved parts.

Products manufactured or configured to order according to the customer’s specific requirements, except where the defect is confirmed.

6. Warranty and alternative solutions

In the case of a validated defect, the standard solution is repair or replacement of the defective part/assembly, at the discretion of Plastmach Machine SRL.
Full machine replacement is an option only if repair is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.
